Ironwood Property Group was founded by Carmen Richardson with a vision to approach real estate development with intention, discipline, and a long-term commitment to the communities it serves.

Her career has been rooted in the real estate and financial services industries, with experience spanning commercial real estate and mortgage lending, as well as analytics, operations, and project management within investment banking and asset management. Together, these experiences have provided a strong foundation for understanding real estate not only as an asset, but as a complex process requiring thoughtful planning, sound analysis, disciplined execution, and strong operational oversight.

Carmen brings that foundation to Ironwood with a focus on creating meaningful real estate opportunities through deliberate planning and high-quality execution. Her approach is grounded in understanding the details, identifying opportunities, building the right partnerships, and following through from concept to completion.
